Started my morning with this article. Could actually feel some examples that have been cited. The best part are the comments that follow where people actually confirm similar experiences.
I must admit, I have done (rather overdone) the "thank you" part a lot of times in office & outside. I have in fact thanked people sarcastically, especially when they have messed up royally & I have had a paucity of words to convey my displeasure at that moment.
"Omission of the negative" is also something I too practice as a life-saver. How right am I? Please let me know your views.
